Fitness Assessments are incorporated into my design to identify key areas of customization for each individual exercise program. I incorporate stabilization and balance training, resistance training and high intensity programs as well as power to assist my clients in weight loss and toning.
Whole Body Vibration Training:
Whole Body Vibration training (WBV) has beneficial effects of stimulating greater muscle fiber involvement during exercise which leads to greater increases in lean body mass, weight loss and changes in body composition. As with any form of exercise, proper assessment is necessary prior to incorporating WBV into any workout program.
